Viewings
Request a viewing online with a preferred time window. We confirm by phone or email.

Offer
Submit your offer with your intended move-in date and any conditions. We put it to the landlord the same day.

Referencing
Identity, right to rent, affordability and previous landlord checks — usually three to five working days.

Paperwork
Tenancy agreement, deposit protection and prescribed information issued before move-in.

Move in
Keys released once cleared funds are received, with an inventory and check-in report.
